For easier reference, each requirement is organized by the point at which it applies.

These Terms govern use of the Corkcicle US storefront and purchases of drinkware, coolers, bags, barware, accessories, collaborations, bundles, and gift cards.

Store Use and Orders

Use the storefront lawfully, provide accurate information, and do not interfere with its operation. We make reasonable efforts to present product specifications, materials, care, safety information, availability, and pricing accurately. An order is accepted only after confirmation, and obvious errors may be corrected.

Payment, Shipping, and Returns

Checkout is charged in USD using the methods presented at checkout. Taxes are charged as required by applicable law. We ship only within the United States with free standard shipping. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Storefront text, design, graphics, logos, and other content belong to Corkcicle or its licensors and cannot be used commercially without permission. Rights that cannot be limited by applicable law remain unaffected.
